By using this website and our services you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide AI automation, AI SDR/receptionist products (Shrinam), and HAI School training. Service scope, deliverables and fees are agreed per engagement or plan.

HAI School — course terms

Fees: AI Operator Training ₹12,000/month (ongoing, fixed, no waiver). AI Automation Training ₹60,000/month for 12 months. Entry to AI Automation requires AI Operator skills or clearing an entrance exam.

Fee-waiver & monitoring: In AI Automation Training, a full 12-hour dedicated learning day waives ₹2,000 from the next month's fee. Learning is monitored via screen sharing and screen recording, to which the student consents on enrollment. The final decision on any waiver rests with management.

Placement: We provide placement support (portfolio, resume, interviews) and may hire top performers. Placement is earned through qualification and is not guaranteed to all.

Payments & refunds

Fees are billed per plan. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to breach security, or use our AI for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh.
