This Privacy Policy explains how HindustaniAI (Hindustani Ai Logics OPC Pvt Ltd) collects, uses and protects your information, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).

Information we collect

Contact details you submit through forms (name, phone, email, company, message); conversation transcripts and voice interactions with our AI (Shrinam); optional camera-based scene understanding and, only with your explicit consent, face-recognition signatures; and standard analytics such as IP-derived location, device and browser.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries, provide and improve our services, qualify and follow up on leads, and (where you consent) recognise returning visitors. We do not sell your personal data.

Consent for biometric data

Voice and face features are optional. Face signatures are stored only when you explicitly opt in, and you may request deletion at any time by emailing support@hindustaniai.com.

Storage & security

Data is stored on secured Google Cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption for secrets. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Third parties

We use Google Cloud and Google Gemini to power our services. These providers process data under their own terms.
